I’ve been there too.
Living in Rhythm is built from my training and experience in Circadian Biology, Functional Nutrition, Classical Homeopathy (certification effective July 2026), and as a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. It’s designed to offer a truly holistic, individualized wellness experience, one that meets you where you are.
Because the truth is, we don’t need more cookie-cutter solutions, AI “guidance,” or Instagram wellness hacks that constantly have us spinning our wheels.
What we do need is real, individualized human support, connection, and information we can actually trust.
I’m Valerie, a homeschooling mom and holistic wellness practitioner, and I created Living in Rhythm to help you get the best of both worlds: personalized support and access to a comprehensive online learning portal so that you can finally create lasting change and live your most fulfilling life.
